Teddie,

I remember our cigar trials; however, I can't believe you'd make up such an outlankish story blaming me for your parking inabilities.

Fram, I certainly hope he was better at 'parking' with you!

I look forward to a lot more laughs and fun with both of you in October.

Tictoctictoc,

Dave

Kenneth Treuter (Treuter)

My wife, Maria, and I hope that each and everyone of you are blessed with a safe and happy 4th of July celebration.  Please remember to pray for this country and its leaders (whether elected or appointed) at every level of governance.  As a nation we have chosen to travel a dangerous and Godless path which GOD's inerrant and wholly inspired written Word teaches that we are on a road to eternal destruction and damnation...one in which in our time at Waltrip was eschewed by the majority of our country's citizens but already beginning to tread upon a slippery slope.  Today our nation is like a great ship without a rudder and as GOD's elected and set apart remnant of believers HE has, by grace, seen fit to give us all an opportunity to repent, turn around, and faithfully follow His Only Begotten Son, our LORD, God, Savior, Messiah, Redeemer, and Friend.

May we all be looking forward to that day when Christ Jesus returns for His bride, the Church, and then sets the entire universe, Earth, and all of its remaining inhabitants to a regenerated, renewed, and righteous standing.

Our prayers are with and for each of you and may GOD once again Bless this once great nation to its former standing in the world as a shining city on the hill calling all peoples everywhere to repentance and faith.

Ken and Maria Treuter

Beau, your mention of getting the band back together for a whirld tour reminds me of another great inscription from my '64 yearbook.

"Yea Boss, Well Teddy we are finally making it. Ya for that. Good luck next year. - Ya for the best guitar picker ever- Robbie & The  Grand Prixs. "

Fifty years later and Robbie is as enthusiastic about life as ever. What a great guy.

AMEN MY FINE FRIEN, AMEN....And that young man walks on water fer shure.... he's the number 1 whirld champeen barefoot water skier at his advanced age, and he's also a well preserved young man...I'm a well pickled old young man...and I cant water ski worth two hoots...never been able to get up on them dang 2x6 boards tied to mah feet, and Robbie does it BAREFOOT, and without skis...and with a grin too...It's a good day for me just to walk forward without leaning on something, let alone being dragged behind a boat at a hunert miles an hour...If I'm at the end of a rope behind a boat, well, thats just trolling for alligators....

Oh, and I allus forgot...HAPPY BOITHDAY Scotty...the computer says your boithday is July 9th, but your profile says September 24th...If you handle it just right, you can have two boithdays, and in addition, when two boithdays collide, and or fall in the same year, you can subtract the greater of the two numbers...which of course makes you a fine young man! ! ! We ceroitainly have missed you and Lola at Fudds the last couple of times...so yall get more weller sooner...and since I consider you to be the class historian, and Oak Forest historian,   I have lots O questions to ask...when I can remember em that is...

House ???? Really rocketing along at a dead snails pace...there's one thing I noticed among a lot of other things, we have an abundance of grasshoppers...isnt there a recipe for frahed grasshoppers floatin around out there????  Seems I remember Davy Crockett partakin O them delicacies at some point in time during the creek indian wars....and Call and Gus's new cook frahed a mess O them things up...of course Call didnt take to em, that ol boy didnt like anything along the trail to Montana now did he! ! !

Cheryl Perry (Armstrong)

What a great phohto!  Are they all family?  I see a great number of brunettes, like 3 blonds, and 2 adorable redheads on the front row, who must belong to the auburn haired beautiful young lady on the front, left next to one of the redheads. I know Charles was like one of 7. Right?  Cheryl

Jimmie Lee Smith (Brawner)

Yes, Cheryl, they are all family (either by blood or marriage or about-to-be marriage) except the boy on the front row with a hat who doesn't have a Brawnerfest T-Shirt - he was a guest of my grandson Grayson, who is next to him with the hat.  His name is Jordan and he asked to please get to come back next year and he wants a T-Shirt, too.  Also, my son Chad's  finance and 2 of her teenagers were there, but I count them as family, too.  Charles' brothers are all on the back row - youngest on the left side and others are to the right and all their sons are on that row, too.  The red-haired Amber is the photographer each year and those are her red-haired kids - she's the daughter of Charles' only sister, Debbie.  Yes, Charles was the oldest of 7 - a blended family.  Before the photo was taken, we all scattered some of Charles' ashes all around the area where he normally helped his brothers prepare and cook the meals all weekend.  Donald may just have award-winning tomatoes and green beans next year from his garden with all the PopC ashes in the soil.
