I heard from Carolyn's daughter, Samantha. She verified that Carolyn passed away in July 2015 and that she was survived by two children, Samantha McElfresh DeVille and Ryan McElfresh, two grandchildren Brayden and Bristol McElfres and her mom Janet Sopchak.
