David Zaring

February 23, 1946 - July 7, 2016

David Zaring, 70, of Beaumont, died Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. He was born on February 23, 1946, in Houston. He retired from the United States Postal Service after thirty-six years.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Zaring; sons, James Padgett and his wife, Stephanie, of China; Mical Padgett and his wife, Wyndi, of Sour Lake; Kyle Padgett and his wife, Kimberly, of Huffman; and Michael Zaring and his wife, Anne, of Galveston; sister, Pat Liles and her husband, Cleo, of Denton; grandchildren, Kathryne Padgett, Grayson Padgett, Blain Padgett, Raegan Padgett, Kenedy Padgett, Kamryn Padgett, Kylen Padgett, Logan Padgett, Kassler Padgett, Kendall Padgett, Angus Zaring, and Stephen Bogenschutz and his wife, Kristin.

A gathering of Mr. Zaring’s family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m. with his memorial service to follow at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 10, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
